Director - Andrew Thackray
Andrew has over 38 years of experience in construction and project management, holding senior management roles in both private and publicly listed firms across Australia. He has delivered over 3,000+ residential dwellings on complex mixed-use projects, with extensive delivery experience in commercial, industrial and educational building projects. Notably, he managed the completion of 700 apartments with the Ashmore Estate quarter in Erskineville and 20-storey Phoenix Apartments project at Rhodes.

In 2010, Andrew oversaw the construction of 350 Axis Apartments, a 3 tower multi storey project in Canberra for Morris Property Group. As National Construction & Design Manager at Retire Australia, he managed multiple hi-rise Independent Living and aged care projects across NSW and Queensland. With experience on both the contractor and developer sides, Andrew ensures projects deliver value on time.

​​Recently, Andrew has advised clients and provided construction management delivery services and assistance to complete several distressed major projects under construction, including the Hakoah Club White City Development and Tarragal Glen Village Independent Living Apartments Project.​​

Project Manager / Contracts Manager – Nelson Khoury
Nelson brings over 10 years of experience in construction and commercial management, having worked on major Sydney-based projects comprising more than 2,000 residential units. His expertise spans contract administration, dispute resolution, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery across residential, aged care, and mixed-use developments.

Nelson has managed complex contract negotiations and developed detailed trade and consultant scopes of work for projects ranging from high-rise apartments to boutique residential builds. Nelson played a key role in the commercial management and delivery of Tarragal Glen Village and Cronulla Apartment Projects, comprising 42 and 36 residential units respectively. He has also successfully led the completion of distressed projects, including defect rectification and compliance order revocation.
​​​​His experience includes feasibility reporting, value engineering, and Development Application (DA) management for private developers, as well as hands-on delivery of head contractor projects such as high-end home renovations and apartment fit-outs.​
Nelson’s early career at Parkview Group Pty Ltd saw him progress from Cadet to Senior Contracts Administrator, contributing to landmark projects such as Macquarie Park Village—a $300 million development of 700 apartments across seven towers with three basement levels.

Project Manager / Design Manager – Habib Touma
Habib brings over 12 years of experience in construction and project delivery, with a strong background in design management, quality assurance, and compliance across major Sydney-based developments. He has contributed to the successful delivery of more than 1,600 residential units and multiple mixed-use projects, holding senior roles that span design coordination, contract administration, and construction management.​​​​
Habib’s expertise includes implementing robust quality and compliance frameworks, managing complex design processes, and driving cost efficiencies through strategic reviews. During his tenure at Conquest, he established a new quality and compliance department, achieved ISO certification, and implemented key process improvements across contracts management and document control.
Notably, he played a key role in the Tarragal Glen Village project, delivering 42 aged care apartments. Previously at Parkview Group, Habib played a pivotal role in landmark projects such as Macquarie Park Village (700 apartments across seven towers), Polaris North Sydney (25-storey crystalline tower), and Granville Place (mixed-use development with over 600 apartments and retail precinct). His responsibilities included managing procurement, design coordination, façade delivery, and overseeing OC and handover processes.
Habib’s experience also extends to high-profile projects such as Home Parramatta (48-storey BTR tower), S Pagewood by Silkari, and New Life Bondi Junction, where he managed complex structural, façade, and compliance requirements under the DBP Act. His early career at Liverpool City Council provided a solid foundation in civil engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance.
