CSG assisted this client navigate its way through a difficult transitionary phase of a Voluntary Administration (VA) on a partially completed project before assuming the responsibility for completing the project as replacement builder and licensed Building Practitioner under a construction management arrangement.
CSG provided a full range of ‘end to end’ construction management services to complete the project. This involved advising and assisting the client with the appointment of a voluntary administrator to completion of the project as construction manager, licensed builder, Class 2 Building Practitioner, with a highly experienced project delivery team.
CSG proved successful at expediting a quick turnaround in resetting the project with the subcontractor and designers at minimal extra cost and lost time. The project is scheduled for completion in July 2025.
